DATA OWNER APPLICATION FORM REGARDING APPLICATIONS TO DATA RESPONSIBLE BY THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER

What are your rights as a data owner? Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law, data owners have the right to learn whether or not their personal data has been processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether or not it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to request deletion or destruction of personal data despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws, if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated and to request notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against the person by means of analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for the damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data. If you submit your requests regarding your rights in question to us using the methods specified in the VG Mali Müşavirlik Data Owner Application Form, your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. The Data Owner accepts that he/she may not be able to fully benefit from the operation of the Site in the event that he/she makes a request that will result in the Company not being able to use any of his/her personal data, and declares that he/she will be responsible for any and all responsibilities arising from this.
